Today may be the end for India in the 2012 T20 world cup, They have themselves to blame for this situation. A loss against Australia kind of put them in a tight situation and the Pakistan win against Australia, that too by a margin of 32 runs. If this was not sufficient India has been put to bat by SA after winning the toss, that means they will have to win by a margin of atleast 31 runs by bowling second. This would mean they would have to show their bowling strength, which by the way is their weakest link. So what are the hopes for India:
1) Sehwag alone can make it a one sided game, if he can bat for 10-15 overs.
2) South Africa can make a fool of themselves.
3) If India team thinks that they are playing against Pakistan to reach the next stage then it will be easier to beat SA.
Whatever is the outcome or whichever way India wins, the fact is whole of India will be glued to their TV sets and hoping they can knock Pakistan out one more time.
